The entire process (ordering/payment) is easy and user friendly. The flower arrangement looked great--my wife is very pleased. The flowers were delivered on time, and at the proper location (I'd requested they be delivered to my primary entrance). I will be using Herbst Hilltop Florist again, and highly recommend their services to anyone who wants an excellent product and superb service.
